Rachel Fleri owns and manages Specialist Security Co Ltd, which she established in 2001. Specialist Security provides physical security solutions to the public and private sector.  After 25 years in business, Rachel remains the sole director and shareholder.

Rachel entered the security industry from a background of teaching and later pharmaceutical sales, bringing with her an alternative perspective on service delivery within the sector. Rachel believes that her strong focus on customer experience and keen financial management is key to business longevity.

Specialist Security is now recognised as the leading privately owned supplier of quality security services in Wales. Rachel drives a strong, inclusive culture and a desire to raise standards within the Security Industry.

Rachel currently sits as a Board Member of the S12 Security Guarding Leadership Group and is Chair of the British Security Industry Association’s Security Officer Section Committee.

Rachel is a strong supporter of the Security Industry’s Regulator and currently leads their regional network forum for Approved Contractor companies, in additional to sitting on numerous strategic boards reviewing industry training quals and Business Approval scheme.
