It served as a testament to the thriving creative industry in Wales and reinforced our commitment to excellence and innovation. The recognition also bolstered our reputation, opening up new opportunities for growth and collaboration.

What’s been a challenge for you or your business during the last year and how did you overcome it?
One of the major challenges we faced during the past year was managing the growth of our business. As we expanded, recruitment and skills training became vital but complex tasks. To overcome this challenge, we launched the Whisper Academy, focusing on entry-level recruitment and comprehensive training programs. This strategic approach not only helped us meet our talent needs but also nurtured a skilled and motivated team ready to take on new opportunities.
What’s been a highlight for you or your business over the last year and why?
Without a doubt, winning the Cardiff Business Award stood out as a moment of celebration and pride for the entire team at Whisper Cymru. Additionally, being entrusted with the production of Rugby World Cup coverage for esteemed clients like S4C, WRU, and World Rugby in September added to the excitement. These achievements not only affirmed our expertise but also motivated us to continue delivering high-quality productions and maintaining our position as a leading player in the creative industry.
What are your goals for 2023?
In 2023, our primary goal is to sustain the high standards of our productions and further enhance our reputation for creativity and excellence. We are committed to fostering growth within our team by providing additional training opportunities and opening doors for talented individuals seeking entry into the dynamic and exciting world of the creative industry.
